Nelson Doda Matsie

Nelson Matsie brings a wealth of cultural experience to the Company having lived in several African countries during his time in exile. He has a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in communications and computers which he attained at Kingston University, England. He has been involved with the implementation of major IT systems with several banks for 20 years and specializes in IT, Communications and Networking. Nelson has vast experience in motivating staff and has acted as a change agent for the introduction and implementation of new processes with previous organizations where he held senior managerial positions.

Jean du Plessis

Jean has been involved with skills training and management development programmes for the past 12 years. He has held senior positions with leading retail organizations in South Africa, United Kingdom and the Middle East. He has worked with the Department of Labour and several SETAs in the areas of functional skills development and learnership training. Jean is a qualified facilitator, constituent assessor & moderator with Service SETA. He has a masters degree in Marketing from Manchester University, U.K., an MBA from Brunel University, London and is a member of the Institute of Business Advisors of South Africa.
