This programme covers the following:

On successful completion the learner will be able to:

- Explain the LRA in respect of interviews
- Explain the Basic Conditions of Employment Act

- Develop and maintain HR policies and practices
- Draught job descriptions, employment contracts and convene recruitment and selection panels

- Establish performance evaluation committees and manage the performance evaluation process
