AIM OF THE MODULE
This module will equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to analyze the business environment and the ability to develop a business plan for a small business or own venture.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
On completion of this module the learner will be able to:
- Identify the business environment for a small business
- Demonstrate an understanding of the different elements of a business plan
- Compile a staffing plan
- Identify resources for the completion of a business plan
- Compile a business plan
