AIM OF THE MODULE

The aim of this module is to provide managers with the necessary skills to communicate effectively in a business or organizational environment. The major functions of communications in the workplace are discussed and the framework for the development of a communication strategy is outlined. Participants will learn more about negotiation skills and communication channels.
