CAPACITY BUILDING
AIM OF THE MODULE:
Learners who successfully complete this module will gain an understanding of managerial expertise and administrative capabilities that can be applied in a small business or in a community based project. With the relevant tools, equipment and material learners will be able to enhance their own capacities and develop problem solving techniques. The learning that will take place will empower participants to apply basic financial principles in an administrative environment or in a local community.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
On completion of this module the learner will be able to:
- Solve business and personal problems
- Apply basic book-keeping techniques
- Explain the role of the manager/leader
- Facilitate capacity building projects in the community
- Demonstrate an understanding of an administrative process
- Develop and implement a small project plan in a community
