AIM OF THE MODULE:

In this module learners are introduced to human resource policies and procedures and the process that has to be followed to draught job descriptions, recruitment and selection criteria and employment contracts. Legislation that regulates employment issues is explained and the learner will gain an understanding of different Acts that apply to the employment of staff.
