AIM OF THE MODULE:
Learners will be able to plan and manage their time in a business, commercial or community environment in an effective manner. They will be able to identify and solve problems that require critical and creative thinking. Learners will be able to improve their communication skills by using visual, mathematical, spoken and written presentations.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
On completion of this module learners will be able to:

- Plan the task to be completed
- Carry out the task according to the plan
- Apply problem solving techniques in the workplace
