AIM OF THE MODULE:
The aim of the module is to introduce participants to the principles of project management in the context of businesses that operate in a changing environment. Participants will be able to develop their skills for critical analysis and creative thinking and they will gain an understanding of the necessity to link corporate strategy with the operational plans of the business. The course will benefit individuals who wish to improve their knowledge of how the different elements of project management can be successfully managed.
