AIM OF THE MODULE

The aim of this module is to introduce learners to the principles of quality control and to assist them with the design and evaluation of a quality control system for a small business or a new venture. The overriding principle is to meet customer expectations through a systematic and documented approach with due consideration given to innovation, standards and specifications.
